Member Alerts



It's easy to manage alerts:

  • Sign into your online banking
  • Select Messages and Alerts at left
  • Select an alert
  • Select where you'd like to receive them by email or mobile phone
  • Personalize the alerts you'd like to receive

Note that we will never ask for your account number, passwords or sensitive information in any of our alerts to you.

  • New Payee added
  • Personal Access Code (PAC) Changed
  • Online Banking Account Locked Out – Incorrect PAC
  • Online Banking Account Locked Out – Incorrect response to Security Question
  • Online Login
  • Interac® Online payment authorized
