Bayview offers members various options for outgoing wire transfers depending on the destination:

Please Note:

International wire transfers may include use of intermediary banks, which may levy charges not included in Bayview's fees. Receiving financial institutions may also levy a charge to receive funds.  Members wishing to send wires of this nature must research applicable fees charged by destination banks as Bayview cannot provide this information prior to processing wire transfer.

Bayview Credit Union Limited makes every attempt to process international wire transfers in a timely fashion but does not accept responsibility for unforeseen circumstances which may prohibit delivery of funds.

In the case that we trace an outgoing wire transfer a minimum charge of $20 applies.

It is a regulatory requirement to report all outgoing international wires that exceed $10,000 CAD equivalent to FINTRAC.
