What is Spam?
Spam is the use of electronic messaging systems (including most broadcast media and digital delivery systems) to send unsolicited bulk messages, also known as junk mail, indiscriminately. A CEM is spam if:

All BAYVIEW CEMs provide you with the ability to unsubscribe or opt out of receiving CEMs from BAYVIEW. When you “unsubscribe” using the links provided in our CEMs, your request will be processed as soon as possible, and no later than 10 days after you send the request.
Receipt of Unwanted CEMs from BAYVIEW
In the unlikely event that you receive any messages from BAYVIEW, or any message sent using BAYVIEW’s servers, that may be considered spam, please contact us at info@bayviewnb.com and we will investigate. We are committed to ensuring that you do not receive unwanted e-mails from our servers.
Changes to this Anti-Spam Policy
BAYVIEW may amend this policy at any time by publishing a new version on this website.
